We deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria and the FCT. This page explains how delivery works when you order from WELT TECH INNOVATION.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees depend on where you are. You will see the delivery options for your location, and their exact fees, at checkout before you pay. Your total always includes the delivery fee.
Delivery Times
We process orders on working days (Monday to Saturday). Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day after payment is confirmed.
Lagos: 1 – 3 working days.
Other states: 2 – 7 working days, depending on the location.
Delays can happen during public holidays, bad weather or other events outside our control. We will let you know if your order is delayed.
Order Confirmation And Tracking
Once your payment is confirmed, we prepare your order and keep you updated by phone or email. You can check the status of your order at any time on our Track Order page using your order number and phone number.
Receiving Your Order
Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address. Our delivery partner will call the phone number you gave at checkout. Kindly check your package when it arrives and let us know within 48 hours if anything is missing or damaged.
Failed Deliveries
If we cannot reach you after several attempts, or the address given is wrong, the package may be returned to us. Extra delivery costs to send it again may apply.
